washingtonFor a Spring break, I flew to Washington D.C., the nation’s capitol without any pre-plan or anything. I had 5 days off, so thought of spending 4 nights in Washington D.C., exploring various incredible sights on a budget. Luckily, I got my ticket booked before a week but I still didn’t have any idea about what all things I’m going to do there. I well knew the fact that visiting Washington D.C. does not need high bank balances as there are plenty of ways to enjoy, sticking to a budget.

A day in Sydney, Australia

SydneySydney was like a distant dream for me when I started with the ‘walkabout’ back in September (UK, Thailand and Australia). After a hard try to get an opportunity to explore Sydney, I just got 1 day. As I was towards the end of my journey, I was almost out of money. But I was determined to at least visit some of the budget as well as free destinations in Sydney. And my journey began for spending my worthy 24 hours in one of the most livable cities of the world. I wanted to explore as many places within just 24 hours in the largest as well as most historic city of Australia.

A Weekend at Rio de Janerio, Brazil

Rio de Janerio, BrazilOne of the first places that I visited outside my hometown was Rio de Janerio in Brazil. Travelling to faraway lands was like a distant dream for me as I had just started with my first job at a very low pay. In the first month of the job I had got so frustrated that I wanted to run away somewhere for a month long holiday (my friends told me it is normal and happens with every person on his first job). But I didn’t have money and leaves to go away for a month, so I settled with a weekend trip to Rio de Janerio, Brazil.
