My tight budget always made me think of some of the cheap destinations in the world. While in search of cheap destinations, I really discovered something amazing during my every trip to some or the other city or country. One such destination was Romania, I visited it a year or two back. Romania is one of the cheapest destinations in the world, which has much more to offer to its visitors. After getting known from my cousin about the world heritage sites, beautiful locations, churches, castles, seaside resorts, cultural and historical sites, palaces and a few hidden treasures of Romania, I immediately made my plan to visit it. As it was month end, I was running hard with my budget, but also wanted to explore Romania as soon as possible. So, without searching for any second option, I started my journey towards Romania.
After a huge struggle I got a ticket for Blue Air, the only low-cost airline for Romania. They had various discounts, holiday packages and tour to Romania, but I didn’t prefer it all. The life of Romania is defined by its charming and calm country heart. During my trip to Romania, I was fortunate to discover the Romanian diversity and many more things related to its culture, history and land. The capital city of Bucharest is said to have its own critics, but intermingle of grotesque communist monuments and tenaciously hidden-away cathedrals are worth experiencing. Some of the excellent spots for skiing, biking and hiking can be found in Romania. I enjoyed doing these activities in the Transylvanian Alps, waving around central Romania. I also got a chance to witness the village life of Romania where the monasteries as well as cemeteries were painted boldly as pop-art paintings.
I cherished the spot with horse-drawn buggies on the paved roads surrounded by green mountains, herds of sheep and past cone-shaped haystacks. I also enjoyed a full trip to the Transylvanian castles and gorgeous medieval Saxon towns. Travelling in Romania is not too expensive, you always have cheaper option. Instead of getting around by taxis which is a costlier deal, you can always have a better alternative of train and bus. Even the hotel rents here are cheaper than in other European countries.
After so much enjoyment and relaxation, my trip to Romania came to an end, giving me a great experience of lifetime. My trip really was a cheaper one, even much cheaper than what I thought of!
